Naveen Mathew
Founder & CEO
Naveen Mathew is the Founder & CEO of Global CNC Recruitment and Managing Director of Scooptech Trading LLC, Dubai — leading industrial CNC tooling and carbide scrap solutions across the GCC, alongside Scooptech Metal Scrap Trading LLC and Fawks International Pvt Ltd. A mechanical engineer (Vimal Jyothi Engineering College) with a Master in Business Management from BITS Pilani, Dubai, Naveen pairs deep technical expertise — CNC machine tools, metal cutting tools, CNC and CMM programming, and precious metal scrap procurement — with proven business development and customer relations. His work spans India, the UAE, Europe, Australia, China, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, and Korea. Driven by a passion for connecting skilled CNC talent with global manufacturing opportunities, he founded Global CNC Recruitment to build the future of the CNC workforce — where manufacturing meets talent.
Lenin Wilson
Head of International Recruitment & Operations
With over five years across international recruitment, operations, and business development, Lenin connects skilled talent with leading manufacturers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia. He specializes in sourcing, evaluating, and placing high-caliber professionals in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, aerospace, marine, and industrial sectors. A mechanical engineer by training, Lenin pairs hands-on technical knowledge — CNC programming, machine setting, and tooling — with a strong client-relationship focus, managing cross-border mandates from sourcing through deployment. He has recruited and mobilized manufacturing professionals across the GCC, Europe, Africa, and Asia, building long-term partnerships with engineering and industrial service providers. He also serves as Operations Manager at Scooptech Trading LLC in Dubai.
