Different roles call for different engagement models. A high-volume operator pipeline doesn't need the same approach as a 5-axis programmer who'll change your throughput. We offer six service tiers so the commercial terms match the difficulty of the search — and so you only pay for the depth of work the role actually requires.

Direct Hire

We source permanent CNC talent for shops that can't afford a mis-hire. Every candidate is screened on real shop competencies — G/M-code fluency, blueprint and GD&T comprehension, fixturing instincts, and a track record of holding tight tolerances on the controls and materials you actually run.

Contract / Temporary

When a backlog spikes or a key operator goes out, we deploy vetted CNC operators and setup techs on flexible contract terms. You scale capacity without long-term headcount commitment, and we handle compliance and payroll.

Contract-to-Hire

Bring candidates onto your floor as contractors and convert the ones who prove out. They run on your machines, your fixturing, your routings — giving both sides real signal before a permanent offer.

Hybrid Retained

A middle path between retained and contingency. A modest engagement fee buys you priority, a researcher, and a committed timeline; the balance is paid on placement. Built for mid-senior manufacturing engineering and supervisory hires.

Contingency

No fee until a hire is made. Best for high-volume operator, machinist, and inspector pipelines where you need an active slate quickly and want to share the search with multiple sources.
