What you'll do

Load, run and unload CNC machines to a production schedule
Follow setup sheets, work instructions and safety procedures
Make tool and offset adjustments to keep parts in tolerance
Carry out in-process checks with calipers, micrometers and gauges
Log production, flag scrap and escalate machine issues
Keep the cell clean, organised and running to 5S standards

What we look for

Experience operating CNC machines in a production environment
Comfortable reading setup sheets and basic engineering drawings
Good measurement habits and attention to quality
Reliable, safety-focused and happy on shift work where needed
Willingness to learn setup and progress toward a machinist role
Eligible to relocate to or already based in the Gulf
